Prior to joining the LunchAssist team, Catherine taught nutrition and cooking classes to students in Philadelphia and led menu planning, allergy management, and marketing efforts in a school district in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Combining her K-12 nutrition background and eye for graphic design, Catherine loves creating effective educational resources for school lunch heroes! She provides key support to our consulting team while also managing the training platform LunchAssist PRO including all the entire Resource Library and Training Library.
